The ground, and the horizontal area above the first tier, is covered in grass and what look like flowers. At the top, there is a piece of clear, cracked plastic. The edges of the plastic are painted white, with black numerals representing the face of a clock. A bald man with a beard is within the structure. He has one arm lifted and he looks toward the viewer.
